The following athletes will be competing this Friday and Saturday at Mississippi College in the MPSA State AAA Championship. They qualified by placing in the top 4 at the North AAA meet held this past Saturday at Washington School.

Our 4 X 400M Girls relay team placed 4th at the North AAA. This team consist of Chandler Jones, Jessie Householder, Shelby Foster, Megan Pole.

Our 4 X 800M Boys Relay team placed 3rd at the North AAA. This team consist of Mohamed Mukhtar, Chris Gerber, Matthew McCullough, John Mark Junkins.

We had the following individuals qualify for State AAA: Madison Ford placed 2nd in Discus; John Mark Junkins placed 3rd in 800M run.

The Heritage Academy Sports Boosters’ Scholarship for 2 Senior OutstandingStudent Athletes is available from Mrs. Dennis. The scholarship is worth$750 for each winner. The essay portion will be written Wednesday at9:45. The entire application is due next Monday, May 5, at 3:00. All senior athletes should apply!
